Mike holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and a MS in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida. He is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Mike worked for B2C and B2B companies specializing in Operational Excellence in many industries; to include injection and blow molding, high speed security printing, chemicals, semiconductors, Furniture, Bedding and other consumer goods products.
Mike’s passion for innovation and continuous improvement, coupled with his academic background and extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing, have enabled him to add value to many organizations and helped them continue to grow.
Karen Radwan, Founder & Regulatory Compliance Advisor
Driven by her desire to help others, she began her career representing criminal defendants and ultimately transitioned into representing mental health patients who had been involuntarily committed, working to help them achieve their maximum level of independence and ensuring that the hospitals holding them were complying with all statutes and regulations.
Karen holds a BS in Psychology from Tulane University and a JD from Duke University School of Law.
